VIRGINIA CHARACTER AND FITNESS FALL SCHEDULE 2022
August and September: VBBE Character & Fitness ("C & F”) reviews applications and flags them with questions and dialogue with applicants
Mid-October: C & F decisions made with character and fitness issues resolved and upon passing bar exam to be licensed and admitted OR not resolved and C & F hearing needed
October 14, 2022: Bar Exam Results issued. barexam.virginia.gov
November 2022: Notices from Character and Fitness setting hearings for December (and January)
December 7, 2022: Swearing-in and Admission Ceremony at Supreme Court of Virginia
December 15, 2022: deadline for applying to take February 2022 Bar Exam
